Submitting a lottery request through this form doesn't guarantee that your request will be fullfilled. All lottery requests will be responded to by November 1st after the lottery has taken place.

Lottery Requests are received between June 15th and October 1st.

We will no longer be accepting requests via U.S. Postal system. This new system will improve our response time.
