Mass Ticket requests are limited as we receive thousands of requests each year.  The limit is 2 Tickets per entry.  If you would like to submit a entry, please fill out the online form. Please include your name, address, phone number and email.

Submitting a lottery request through this form doesn't guarantee that your request will be fullfilled. All lottery requests will be responded to by November 25th after the lottery has taken place.

Lottery Requests are received between January 1st and November 5th.

We will no longer be accepting requests via U.S. Postal system. This new system will improve our response time.
